"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"Veldig kult sted. Små bungalower med tre leiligheter i hver. Alle på bakkeplan. Vi hadde flott utsikt. Veldig koselig frokostområde ved bassenget. Koselig restaurant på stedet og flere i nærheten. Fin liten by og flotte strender. Strandbaren hvor vi fikk gratis strandstoler gjennom hotellet var skikkelig fin."

Avstandene og at det var vanskelig å være fotgjenger i byen. Litt lite variert frokost.

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

Det er litt lite treningsutstyr der, det er det eneste som kunne vært bedre

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."
