I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

"Maris-rommene var store, luftige og veldig innbydende. Det var veldig rent, sengen var stor og komfortabel, og interiøret var moderne. Praktisk med egen butikk på området. Resortet har en egen avdeling kun for voksne (egen restaurant, bar og basseng), som er fint når man selv reiser uten barn. Jeg vil også gi ros til gartnerne som holder området velstelt og pent. Det ser ut som et tropisk paradis! Frokostbuffet hadde stort utvalg."

Middagsbuffeten var stor og rettene var greie, men de gikk fort tom for varmretter, og det tok tid før ting ble fylt på. Jeg spiste også en hamburger ved poolbaren/poolgrillen som var veldig trist og smakløs. Hever de standarden på maten generelt hadde dette vært mer i tråd med resten av hotellets standard. Vanntrykket er ganske lavt, men dette virker å være et generelt problem på øya, og er ikke nødvendigvis hotellets feil.

"Sentralt beliggende. Fine, rene og romslige rom. Svært god frokost. Hyggelig personale. Både basseng, sauna, treningsrom og mulighet for massasje gjør dette til en ekstra flott opplevelse."

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.
