"The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice about the city and where to eat and drink. The recommendations were spot on! There was tea and coffee in the room. Lovely to be in a family run hotel that showed care to the building and the visitors."

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

Slightly dated decor and bathrooms.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Maris-rommene var store, luftige og veldig innbydende. Det var veldig rent, sengen var stor og komfortabel, og interiøret var moderne. Praktisk med egen butikk på området. Resortet har en egen avdeling kun for voksne (egen restaurant, bar og basseng), som er fint når man selv reiser uten barn. Jeg vil også gi ros til gartnerne som holder området velstelt og pent. Det ser ut som et tropisk paradis! Frokostbuffet hadde stort utvalg."

Middagsbuffeten var stor og rettene var greie, men de gikk fort tom for varmretter, og det tok tid før ting ble fylt på. Jeg spiste også en hamburger ved poolbaren/poolgrillen som var veldig trist og smakløs. Hever de standarden på maten generelt hadde dette vært mer i tråd med resten av hotellets standard. Vanntrykket er ganske lavt, men dette virker å være et generelt problem på øya, og er ikke nødvendigvis hotellets feil.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

There are no negative points.

The property is new and fresh, well maintained and clean. So nothing to complain about!
