"The villa is beautiful and in good condition. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. A well secured property. It is clean and nice"

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

"We had a wonderful time at Luke's Place back in November. Linda was a lovely host, and very knowledgeable of the area. Communication was quick and easy. Her property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has a direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the central market. The garden was extremely well taken care of, with sunbeds to relax and a pool. The apartment we stayed in was super comfortable, spacious, clean and the bed was perfect. The best equipped kitchen in this side of the world! Other than all these things, what mattered the most, was the great feeling you're left with after staying at Luke's Place - that's the best memory. I sense we will be back in the future!"

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Meget venlige værter, der tilbød at hente mig ved færgen og accepterede sen udtjekning. Belligenheden er helt perfekt ud til kysten, hvor man ser isbjerge drive stille forbi. Ikke sidste gang jeg har været her."

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.
