"Sentralt beliggende. Fine, rene og romslige rom. Svært god frokost. Hyggelig personale. Både basseng, sauna, treningsrom og mulighet for massasje gjør dette til en ekstra flott opplevelse."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Maris-rommene var store, luftige og veldig innbydende. Det var veldig rent, sengen var stor og komfortabel, og interiøret var moderne. Praktisk med egen butikk på området. Resortet har en egen avdeling kun for voksne (egen restaurant, bar og basseng), som er fint når man selv reiser uten barn. Jeg vil også gi ros til gartnerne som holder området velstelt og pent. Det ser ut som et tropisk paradis! Frokostbuffet hadde stort utvalg."

Middagsbuffeten var stor og rettene var greie, men de gikk fort tom for varmretter, og det tok tid før ting ble fylt på. Jeg spiste også en hamburger ved poolbaren/poolgrillen som var veldig trist og smakløs. Hever de standarden på maten generelt hadde dette vært mer i tråd med resten av hotellets standard. Vanntrykket er ganske lavt, men dette virker å være et generelt problem på øya, og er ikke nødvendigvis hotellets feil.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"
