The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

The room is quite old and small.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"We really loved this property, all the services ( massage, driver, waiters ) and how everything was handled. The proximity of the beach, the beautiful view and the great food at the restaurant were perfect. We were there for Christmas and the restaurant had a special Christmas menu that we really appreciated. We would definitely choose the same hotel again."

There was nothing at all to fislike

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"Veldig kult sted. Små bungalower med tre leiligheter i hver. Alle på bakkeplan. Vi hadde flott utsikt. Veldig koselig frokostområde ved bassenget. Koselig restaurant på stedet og flere i nærheten. Fin liten by og flotte strender. Strandbaren hvor vi fikk gratis strandstoler gjennom hotellet var skikkelig fin."

Avstandene og at det var vanskelig å være fotgjenger i byen. Litt lite variert frokost.

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.
