Da vi skulle være der 5 netter, føltes det veldig lite og trangt. Vi uttrykte dette til våre verter og de hadde full forståelse for det og tilbydde oss en annen studioleilighet som passet perfekt for våre behov. Alt i alt ble dette en fantastisk opplevelse takket være de imøtekommende vertene, naboen og hundene🥰"

"Pool, remoteness, local village and farmers tending the land in a traditional way. The apartment was modern. The drive in was an experience, around 8km on gravel road."

"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."

"Jeg liker å gå lange turer, og jeg nyter godt med det når har jeg anledning så beliggenheten passet for mine behov å bevege mer, selv om alt er helt i nærheten når det gjelder både kjøpesentere, og busstasjonen og det er en stor fordel syns jeg. Jeg var kjempefornøyd med velstelt villa og koselig hage rund omkring som lukter nyslått gress. Man kan sitte på terrassen og slappe av om kvelden,fylle opp lungene med frisk luft og observere den unike svalenes dans i himmelen før solnedgang. Det var noe spektakulært ,og det var fantastisk opplevelse som fikk meg føle velvære og fred! Jeg vil bare si en stor takk til den snille, omtenksomme, hjelpsomme eieren Eimutis og hans familie team for den gode tiden jeg har fått hos dem. Tusen hjertelig takk og lykke til videre!🥰"

Men jeg finner ikke på noe galt i det heletatt!

"Excellent location, just a short walk from Lonnoc Beach and a 15 minute walk from the famous Champagne Beach; 20 minute ride to Port Olry. There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

"It’s super secluded! Very quiet. Had facilities from the 90s for kids and family to roam, cycle or just simply walk by the river. The family running the place are very welcoming. Great for fam with young kids"

The property is generally old, not that it’s not well kept but I think it’s kept as best as they can.

"Lovely house in the woods. It felt like our home! I wish it was our home, in fact. Such a happy, warm place with real soul! And so much better than staying in Jahorina. It’s beautiful, peaceful, yet very close to the resort. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils! And there was even pretty decent water pressure in the shower. We were also very warmly welcomed by the owners sister, who is also lovely."

"Good Wifi. The property was large, with three upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs kitchen and sitting areas as shown on Booking.Com. There was a parking space allocated for guests on the road."

When we arrived there was no heating. This was turned on virtually after we contacted the host, but then stopped working. This did not warm the property which is a big space and all tiled floors. There was also no hot water. The gateman was sent to fix the water but we had to call the host to get him back 3 times, as it was still not working. The gateman then said he was going to sleep and walked out on us leaving us with no hot water. We were told to wait 30 min and there would be hot water but we had no hot water in the evening or early morning. By 10.30 there was luke warm water. We used kettles of warm water to shower. We slept in our thermals, clothes plus gloves/scarves . The place is very poorly maintained with many fixtures broken, the property was also dirty especially the kitchen. There were only 4 mugs, one chipped and one with a hole in the side. Plates were covered in food and not washed. The cutlery was very dirty. No lights worked over the dining room table. Only one hand wash in the downstairs toilet, and one shampoo between the two bathrooms upstairs, the listing stated toiletries provided. Towels were dirty and stained, plus holes on bedding, chairs, and pillow cases. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A WINTER STAY. No fire lighter was left. The owner is virtual and sends a gateman so I am not sure the owner is aware of the state of the property. We reached out upon returning to the UK via Booking.com to put in a complaint and Booking.com confirmed the host wold not provide any compensation instead Booking.com apologised on behalf of the property.

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

* very poorly equipped kitchen * it was stated that basic hygiene products would be provided - we were only given hand soap * tiny bin for an 8 people property * pillows were very bad * overall a bit run down and could need some renovation (tile in bathroom had fallen off before we even checked in / lamp over dining room table partially broken)

Je kunt niet zo goed de ramen lekker openzetten ivm muggen en vliegen. Een hor zou een oplossing kunnen zijn.

"Dette er ett fint sted, enkelt men superkoselig. Ligger sentralt, ta med lommelykt, mørkt opp til chalet om kvelden. De anbefalte flotte turer og bra dykkesenter."

Kan gjøre litt for at stedet blir bedre ved bare å fikse litt rundt om for lite.
