"The house is very beautiful. Very comfortable and have a nice view. The host Mr. Robert very helpful dan kind person. Sure i will come again to this house. Very love this house❤️"

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

"Everything was perfect. Large rooms and restrooms in each room. Large kitchen."

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

The only small complaint we had was the couch was a little dirty

"Rudy and his wife were amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropical Sands. When you've been out all day exploring the island this little paradise is ideal to come back to, quiet and tranquil next to the beach."

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

Only downside is 2km distance into town. 30 min walk or uber for 30Q

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!

Location was a little isolated with limited facilities within walking distance.

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
