"Fin beliggehet for de som ønsker å bo litt utenfor Rãttvik og i lugna omgivelser. Passer godt for eldre som for unge mennesker. Flott utsikt over sjøen Siljan. 5 minutter med bil til Rättvik. Området er koselig med mye gammel fin bebyggelse i særegen svensk byggeskikk. Kan trygt anbefale dette stedet. Dette var den 2. overnattinngen jeg hadde på samme hytte i løpet av en 4 ukers periode. Kommer trolig til å leie samme hytte igjen om jeg kommer til Rättvik."

"Varmepumpa i første etasje burde ha service. Den bråker unødvendig mye om man sitter på kjøkkenet i 1.etasje. Fikk heller ikke max varme med denne varmepumpa."

"This is an amazing, authentic, and cozy hytta located at the top of Rättvik. A charming little house, perfect for a family with kids."

"We loved our stay, however: • The house is located quite far from the beach and city center — you definitely need a car. • The apartments don’t have a front lake view, only a partial side view from the terrace. In summer, the trees make it hard to see the lake at all. • We were on a mini-holiday, and our morning was interrupted by a loud lawn-cutting machine around 8:30 AM — operated by a very kind lady, but still… 😭 • The €70 cleaning fee feels too high for these apartments, and the host could be more responsive online. • Overall, while the place itself is truly beautiful, it lacks a sense of hospitality. We’d love to return someday — once that changes."

"The cabin was cozy and has a nice view! The kitchen is well equipped. Sally was very nice and helpful. We would come back!"

"What I didn't expect was to find out that the cabin is further away than thought. On the website it says 5 minutes by car, which is almost accurate, but it doesn't say that because it is in a hill the walk is actually around 45 minutes. Luckily, Sally was very nice and helpful and gave us a ride both ways."

"Hit and miss with kitchen. Wish the property had said there was a washing machine and cooker. There was also an ironing board but no iron. Also my request for bedding and towels never got through to staff so had to request on arrival. But they did bring it to property promptly."

"Clean accommodation and central location. Great kitchen necessity for breakfast and cooking available. I’d definitely would recommend to others and also go back there again."

"There wasn’t nearly enough sand outside on the parking or up towards the entrance. They could have put a lot more cause it felt very unsafe for my old parents and pregnant sister to walk there.. Just to have salt & pepper would have been lovely, other food and things makes more sense to buy new even for a weekend."

"The house has a lovely mountainous feel and has lots of charming elements. We stayed in winter. Our cottage had a superb lake view. It was a great stay. We loved it."

"This was a cottage with a nice view of the lake from the house itself and a spectacular view from a few dozens meters. It is located 250m above Silvan lake and 100m under the Vidablick tower where the view is amazing. The inside of the cottage is functional, charming and quaint. The decoration is a bit old-fashioned but nice."

"There is a washing machine but we couldn't find anything to dry the clothes: no dryer, no lines. It was quite a challenge."
