"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

"Fasilitetene; bassengområdet var meget bra. Beliggenhet og adgang til stranden var utmerker. Lobbylounchen var flott og med godt mattilbud. Rommet var stort og med god sovekvalitet. Fin balkong og utmerket aircondition. Stranden var meget fin og strandbaren var svært hyggelig. Shutlebusstilbudet ved hjemreise var glimrende. Og viktigst av alt; herlig personell på hotellet."

Det var ikke tilbud om å kjøpe forfriskninger i bassengområdet (kun drikkeautomat). Mest negativt er at men ikke kunne få flere enn 2 strandstoler på stranda pr rom - vi var 3. Dette er dessverre vanlig, noe som er for dårlig. Det bør være tilbud om å kunne betale for ekstra stoler.

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"Vi leide hus med 3 soverom. Familie på 7 personer. God plass i huset og flott beliggenhet. Veldig rent og pent. Daglig renhold. Anlegget var stort og fint beplantet. Flott svømmebasseng for store og små, aldri helt fullt ved bassenget og alltid nok solsenger. Fint med dagligvarebutikk, restaurant og bakeri på anlegget. Utmerket service. Fikk problemer med vaskemaskin og fikk ny i løpet av kort tid. Bestilte også transport til og fra flyplassen gjennom resorten, i tillegg fikk vi booket transport til og fra Sintra med samme sjåfør, fantastisk!"

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "From the moment of entry to the entire experience, Le Meridien was great. We stayed in the adults only Nirvana part which was amazing. Had its own pool, pool bar and great beach access. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"Omgivelsene er vakkert og rent og pent område. De ansatte var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme."

Vi hadde en innmuret hage med 2 store trær. Det medførte mye besøk av fugler og avføring i hagen. Hadde også vært fint om butikken på område hadde holdt lengre åpningstider enn 14.00 hver dag.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit
