"Likte ikke transporten vi booket via hotellet. På veien til var taxi-sjåføren vennlig, men når vi skulle dra fra Krakow fremsto han veldig stresset. Han kjørte fort og på flyplassen ble han oppgitt for at vi ikke hadde pengene klare med en gang vi gikk ut av taxien. Brukte kanskje 2 min på å samle inn pengene fra reisefølge og var ikke snakk om at vi måtte innom en minibank. Alt dette var nok til å gjøre han sint og det endte med at han fikk alt for godt betalt. Irriterende å avslutte en ellers bra tur på den måten."

"Eleven of us stayed here. Loads of rooms and space. A great lounge area for you all to sit together. Each room had a en-suite. Excellant location. Five minute walk to train station. Two minute to tram. Staff brilliant when organising trips out. 8 minute walk back into the main square."
