"I was able to check in earlier than expected, and my room was upgraded from a single to a double. This set a very positive tone for my entire stay, which was overall very pleasant. I would particularly like to highlight that the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and consistently attentive to guests’ needs. The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was included in the price, and given both the quality and value, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The only areas I would suggest for improvement are the lack of electrical outlets near the bed (at least in my room) and the relatively weak Wi-Fi connection in my room (1st floor)."
