"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, right next to Yala National Park, which made it incredibly convenient for our safari. The hosts were exceptionally kind and caring — truly some of the nicest people we’ve met during our travels. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even helped us avoid getting overcharged for the safari, which we really appreciated. The room itself was a great value for money: clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days exploring. But what made this place truly magical was the setting. The house is located in a huge, stunning garden where we honestly felt like we were in a fairytale. It’s peaceful, lush, and full of charm. We also loved their very friendly dog, who made the stay even more special. And for a unique touch — the owner even has crocodiles! We highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Yala. A unique experience with amazing hosts!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and gave me great advice for my travel plans. He went above and beyond—he took me by bike to visit the Pidurangala rock, helped me get to the nearest bus station, and even provided a free bicycle so I could enjoy a beautiful morning ride and see the sunrise at the rock. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with high ceilings, and the price was very reasonable. Everything was kind, warm, and perfect—there’s truly nothing better!"

"Location is their best feature. It is just 5mins walj from the tooth relic temple and another 10mins to city center via the beautiful lake. The kind GM who received us on 13 March noon was very polite and warm, even offered to change our room to one facing the lake for lesser noise from traffic. Our room was bright & spacious. All other cew members we met were also helpful and welcoming, perhaps with the exception of one particular gentleman who seems to be constantly on the phone & was rather rude & inpatient when approached."

"Amazing little place, a little away from Ella town. A little down the hill with an amazing view of the rainforest, you get greeted by the little monkeys in the neighbouring trees as you enjoy your breakfast on the spacious balcony in front of your room. Our stay was made even more pleasant just because of how friendly and helpful the family running the place were. Especially the son was more than willing to help us out with anything, taking us to the local tea factory and even baby sitting our sleeping toddler while we took the tour."
