"We had a calm and comfortable stay, with lots of time spent at Uppuveli beach, which is walkable within 5 minutes. Vanni, who looks after the place, was lovely, and Neville was helpful when we needed over the phone."

"The site is in full sun with few shaded places, so gets a bit hot during the middle of the day. Would be nice to have some shaded hammock spots for relaxing away from the heat in."

"The whole place is just so beautiful and cozy. We loved our little terrace and the chilled vibes. It was super tidy and neat and surprinsingly there weren‘t any bugs or ants in our bungalow (wouldn‘t have been a problem but it surprised us in a positive way). You walk to the beach in a few minutes and the sorrounding area is super cool and has a lot of nice restaurants. Vany is the loveliest person and did our laundry in a super short time. We didn‘t meet the owner in person but he was super helpful and caring via messages. Truly recommend!"

"The bed is more like a futon and when you‘re thirty-something years old like us, it can be a bit challenging, but it didn‘t bother us that much."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Silaa Cabana. The cabana had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed with mosquito net. Having a fridge and air conditioning was a huge bonus too. It was only a few minutes away from the beach and nearby restaurants and cafes. Neville and Vany were such lovely people and made our stay extra special. Neville was helpful with recommending restaurants and activities and Vany looked after us and made us delicious breakfast during our stay. We would recommend!"

"You are in your own cabine with all comfort and in the garden/bar you will always find Vany to see if you need coffee, thee, laundry. She is the sweetest. And Neville is just a text away takibg care of all your activities, transport, questions. It was the perfect place to spend some days at the beach."

"The property was run by a lovely man who was very helpful and gave us many amazing recommendations of what to do in the area. The property was in amazing condition and within 5 mins walking distance from the beach with lots of restaurants around. There was also a lovely friendly lady on site who made us feel very welcome and was very helpful for all our needs."

"The Cabanas are pretty small, perfect for two people max. There isn't a bar so if you want to drink a beer or any soft drinks you need to go somewhere else."
