"Sentral lokasjon like ved buss som går rett til/fra Termini der flytog og andre tog går. Utsikt til deler av Colloseum på gateplan. Kaffemaskin med mye kapsler hver dag❤️ vinåpner/flaskeåpner ❤️ kjøleskap😁 Aircondition. Rengjøring hver dag ❤️ Veldig hyggelig personale som kommuniserte godt og gav oss mye nyttig informasjon om transport og severdigheter. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!"

"Litt begrenset internett på rommet, litt svakt til å streame fra sengen etter en lang turistdag på føttene i byen. Ellers var alt veldig bra❤️"

"Awesome spot right near the Colosseum—couldn’t ask for a better location! Francesco was super friendly, gave us a city map, and suggested amazing places to eat for lunch and dinner. Only tiny thing: no slippers in the room. Still, loved our stay and would totally come back 🌻"

"The AC is a little loud, and the room had a lot of ambient noise (plumbing noise, thin walls etc...) but not enough to stop us from sleeping."

"The location was great, near 2 metro stations, one tram station and bus stations that you could go anywhere you wanted. The neighboorhood was very safe and nearby were many shops, 2 mini markets and restaurants for breakfast/lunch. Of course I must mention Francesco, our host, who was amazing very kind and willing to explain us everything before we even arrive at the hotel! As we arrived he explained us everything we should see and showed us the best ways to visit the sites of Rome from a map. I travelled with my parents that was their first time abroad and they had a great experience! I totally recomend the place!"

"Very convenient location to visit Rome. Colosseo pretty close. Francesco, the owner, is super friendly and kind. All is done to make you feel comfortable and warmly welcome. Rooms are simple but well furnished and clean. Flexibility on arrival and departure time is the cherry on the cake. I strongly recommend this place! Grazie tantissimo Francesco. A presto! Laurence"

"Francesco was the nicest host we ever met! After a long and exhausting trip, we needed someone to be helpful and kind and that’s exactly what we got! The location is fantastic, so close to the colosseum, bus stops, metro, great trattorias. The room was super clean and comfortable after a long day of exploring Rome. The building had an old charm about it which we loved a lot."

"The only thing which was a problem for us was the sounds coming from adjacent rooms :( They were super disturbing. Thats the only complain we had!"
