"We had a very lovely time in Venice! It was the first time here so the location was very important. This hotel is very close to San Marco square and very close to the boats. Elena was very helpful, she gave us instructions how to get to the hotel and options where to eat. The room was like an airbnb without the kitchen. I was surprised by that. We were very comfortable. The windows were looking at a beautiful square with restaurants, pasticceria and small bars around. They cleaned every day and restocked the shower/shampoo and toilet paper. There were also tea/coffee and kettle in the living room as well as a small fridge."

"Only thing that i believe would be better is to change the sofas and the bed to be more comfortable."

Unfortunately, I later discovered a significant amount of dust and dirt behind the bed, which appears not to have been cleaned for a long time. "All was good, the location was ver good close to transportation stops, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and they explain very well how to get the hotel without confusion."

"The only trouble was the bathroom door that got locked because the door locker was broken and the issue was solved in 30 minutes approximately."

"peace and quiet. i asked for a room on ground floor because of health issues. i got a bigger place, basically a mini apartment for the same price in an adjacent property of the owners. The bed, cushions were just what u like since i have back pain issues. i got a nice double bed, kettle, different types of tea, sugar, spoons, cups a fridge a nice couch and TV, big table. Room service was daily. The room smells musty, but hey, i was in a 600 year old house in the oldest part of Venice that's Unesco world heritage labeled, so u can't expect for drastic changes in the house it's not allowed by law. Having air conditioning was a big plus. Just open the windows, it won't kill u. Don't be surprised to see mosquitoes (i read the comments myself) u are in a lagoon, that's normal. Also there were electric mosquito repellents.The vaporetto stop is near as convenience stores"

"Great location! Lovely room with small french "balcony" with view out to the street and down to the water. I've been to Venice lots of times since I was a kid, but this was the first time I actually stayed in Venice and I was thrilled. Comfy bed and the TV worked perfectly."

"You can see a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but it's nothing serious/nothing that bothered us 🤗"
