"Our apartment had a very spacious dining and seating area but it wasn’t clear at the time we booked that this was shared with another bedroom. We never saw the other guest, only heard them walking around, so it wasn’t a problem for us."

"The main problem with this place are the steep stairs leading up to the apt and then once again up to the roof terrace. Definitely not suitable for elderly or handicapped people. Also the kitchen is old & tiny and really impossible to use other than the refrigerator."

"The door to the room could not be locked using the key. Thankfully, we were the only ones staying in that part of the building, but it was still scary. We would have liked it if the washing machine would have functioned. The armours were a bit scary at night😂"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

Både familien som eide stedet og personalet var utrolig imøtekommende og hyggelige. Tre større vingårder i gangavstand fra hotellet. Velholdte og vakre omgivelser, rent og flott evighets-basseng. Gode og trygge parkeringsplasser Utsikten mot kysten den ene siden og d.et rykende Etna på den andre var spektakulær. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake. Takk for oss."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
