Villa Ani har et privat utendørsbadeområde og en solterrasse med solsenger, og ligger på øya Pag. Overnattingsstedet ligger i hovedgaten i Novalja sentrum, bare 500 meter fra stranden. Her garantieres futuristisk og lyse boenheter med fullt utstyrt kjøkken. De selvbetjente leilighetene på Villa Ani er i ulike størrelser, og har bad, satellitt-TV og en sofa. It's a perfect place if you are heading to Novaljia (5min walking to the beach) or Zrce Beach (5min by taxi) The place is great, comfortable and the guests are also nice. You can go with family or friends and you will love it. Will definitely come back if we go to Novaljia. 10/10!"

"It's very nice apartment with nice furnishing and super comfortable king size bed. Kind stuff and clean facilities. Location is at main street to city center Novalja so it's quiet noisy and crowded, not recommending for families as hipsters not respecting basic rules of common facilities."

"Very good location, 5 min to city centre, 10 min away from Straško camping. If there would also be a pool (we stayed there in May) it would probably be a 10. Everything was Ok."

"The rooms were spacious, water pressure is very good, there is a microwace and a big fridge with freezer! The terrace was perfect for breakfasts and at night for chilling with the colorfull lights on."
