"Everybody was helpful and professional. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The location was perfect for shopping and eating."

"My family and I stayed for a month and did not have really any bad experience to speak of other than wifi issues which would drop signal every once in a while."

"The hotel is located almost on the main square. The room are big and clean. Towel are changed daily, there are spots to open you luggage and some hangers for the clothes. In the structure there’s a bar restaurant with a local offer both for price and food. The staff is very nice. It’s a fair quality for price."

"The all structure is an old colonial building that could have an enormous potential, unlikely is left getting old without particulate attention."

"Great for an overnight stay. Everything very clean. The sheets were spotlessly clean. Great wifi, great water pressure and hot water. I would have given the place a 10 as it also has a lovely swimming pool but for a few cosmetic details. It's fantastic if you're going to catch an ADO bus as it's one block away and is walking distance to the main square about 10-15 minutes."

"I always felt secure inside the building. The staff was very kind. It was necessary to speak that the staff is Spanish, so persons who have no knowledge of Spanish would have difficulty here. The main virtue of the place was that it was very cheap and I was able to spend my money on the other things at Merida has to offer."
