"El hotel en general es bueno, sus habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias. El servicio de Bufet es bueno. El personal es amable."

"Qué estaba en mantenimiento la alberca para adultos y no estaba anunciado. Lo que esperar de un Hotel de esta calidad es la honestidad de sus servicios. Yo me hospede en este hotel con la intención de aprovechar la alberca climatizada para adultos, al final me encontré que solo estaba en servicio la de los niños, lo que resulto molesto por el espacio y las personas que estábamos hospedados para una alberca tan pequeña"

"Beautiful, clean hotel. The food was beyond delicious and amazing service, can’t wait to go back soon."

"Beautiful place, extremely great and friendly service, and there was always someone around who understood my English and bad Spanish! Meals were extra, and all very delicious and interesting. My king room was large, lots of space in the bathroom and closets. Unlike some others have reported, I thought the 15-20 minute walk to the historic center during the daylight hours was fine (but I love to walk)."

"The only thing I didn't like was that the music they played went until later into the evening and could be heard in my room. But it always stopped before I went to bed, so never disturbed my sleep."
