The room size

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"Maris-rommene var store, luftige og veldig innbydende. Det var veldig rent, sengen var stor og komfortabel, og interiøret var moderne. Praktisk med egen butikk på området. Resortet har en egen avdeling kun for voksne (egen restaurant, bar og basseng), som er fint når man selv reiser uten barn. Jeg vil også gi ros til gartnerne som holder området velstelt og pent. Det ser ut som et tropisk paradis! Frokostbuffet hadde stort utvalg."

Middagsbuffeten var stor og rettene var greie, men de gikk fort tom for varmretter, og det tok tid før ting ble fylt på. Jeg spiste også en hamburger ved poolbaren/poolgrillen som var veldig trist og smakløs. Hever de standarden på maten generelt hadde dette vært mer i tråd med resten av hotellets standard. Vanntrykket er ganske lavt, men dette virker å være et generelt problem på øya, og er ikke nødvendigvis hotellets feil.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
