"We had a lovely stay and definitely will come back. Would highly recommend it. It was a lovely room. So close to the minster and the centre. Staff so helpful and friendly"
"We knew there was parking at the hotel but aporoaching from the road, the entrance looked too narrow for the car. We found parking around the corner and paid before we went in. Staff told us that there were parking spaces and we could move but as we had paid, we left it there. Perhaps a sign on the arch or something on the website to tell you where it is , would help.."

"The situation of this hotel is close to the Minster, restaurants, bookshops, convenience store, antique shop, small park etc. There is a great variety of foods at breakfast - full English to a small quick meal and everything in between. The staff are very friendly, obliging, and informative. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated."
"We asked for a quiet room. Sadly, it was on the top floor. There is no lift."
