"Wonderful setting,perfect for our visit to York and the shambles. Wonderful host who booked the local pub for us as we arrived for tea time! A nice touch. 👌 Netflix was a bonus also. The lady also kept the log burner going when we went out for the day which was kind. Soft clean beds Comfy sofas. A real special find :)"

"Friendly hosts. Good location in quiet village. Stayed in one of the cottages so self catering, had everything we needed. Very comfy bed, had great nights sleep. Close to York and other attractions. A trip to Breezy Knees Gardens nearby is recommended."

"Nice location right by the high street close to pubs and restaurants great feature have the suite with a bath in the bedroom as well as have a walk in shower in the bathroom soak and watch tv on the big tv it’s basically a posh studio flat. Great choice of breakfast if you go for it."
