No breakfast because we were the only guests, which is understandable but supermarkets nearby (which we used)and a couple of restaurants in the town 10 minutes drive away (didn’t use them)."

"We were in room 17 which is a detached annexe behind the main buildings, which was nice enough & probably allocated to us for our dog......but it was very hot even with the fan on & blinds down......no air conditioning & the room was a bit cramped but there was an outside space with table & chairs. Previously we had Room 2 in the main block which was more spacious, had a sofa & was much cooler.....brick built ."
"Beautiful room, very well looked after and comfortable with little thoughtful details like the kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets, nice shower gels and soaps provided. Crisp white sheets and plenty of fluffy towels for everyone. The hotel is well kept with beautiful outdoor areas and plenty of parking. WiFi is available with good coverage. For us this was an overnight stop in a long journey, it felt like a little bit of luxury, with big comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was very well catered with lots of choice, very fresh produce and attentive service. We have a dog who was welcomed, and the hotel is well designed for dog owners, each room has its own ground floor entrance. Good access to town and the coast, and equally good access to the A16, an hour from Calais. A lovely welcoming place."

"Very convenient stopover spot. Nice american-style motel hotel with large clean rooms directly accessed from outside (v convenient when travelling with a dog as we were). The continental breakfast exceeded expectations with a fine range of cheese and breads."

"It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed as it has superb views over the river. Especially disappointing as when we booked we were told it would be open, but in fairness to the staff they quickly contacted us and apologised for their error. They suggested alternatives in the town. Breakfast was very good."
"Easy to find from the motorway. All Staff were friendly and welcoming. Meal in the restaurant was good value and well cooked. Private car park in front of the hotel was large and easy to find a space. Would definitely return if needed a hotel in the area."
