"The room was large, clean and comfortable. Room service was well priced and tasty. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual."
Negativt punkt:
"The air conditioning was not working properly, with strong fan and very cold air despite us trying to increase temperature. Staff had maintenance try to fix it but we ended up changing rooms due to the problem continuing. The airport shuttle was overcrowded going from hotel to airport but did not leave anyone behind."

"We stayed in Vista Suite room (514). It is really huge with great view. Hotel location is just nice and very near to market area and Bay Area. Location is apt for a cab either to flag down or hop in via Karwa booking. We used room service and experience was simply great. Very supportive and friendly staff."

"Not that we dislike; but check-in process can be a bit more faster, I reckon."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The service exceeded my expectations.The guys of entrance were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

". view from 44. floor was amazing. and swimming pool was good there. even for kids nice to enjoy."

"we got room in 2. floor so it was not nice view. staff in swimming pool area was very bad. not polite very slow service. making food took long time. it was good french fries ans chicken nuggets for kids. but popcorn was made in old oil, it was terrible. i was totally disappointed."

"It was spacious and mostly clean, and a great location. Easily accessible. Free parking. Nice view of marine from balcony. Plenty of shops within walking distance. Host was responsive and provided extra towels upon request without an extra fee which was appreciated."
Negativt punkt:
"The interior is beginning to deteriorate and get outdated so it could definitely do with a full makeover."
