Positivt poeng:
"Delicious food. Polite staff, always willing to assist. Great gym facilities, suitable even at a professional level."
Negativt poeng:
"Its not that it bothered me, the gym equipment is not maintained, meaning no lubrication of the machines causing minor sqicky sounds. If this continues, the life of the machines will definately cut short"

Positivt poeng:
"The service here was excellent overall. We had issues on our way from the airport, and after calling the hotel, the staff immediately stepped in — they spoke with our taxi driver and helped us out of a difficult situation. Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful, whether it was assisting with takeout orders or giving clear directions to different places in the city. The room we chose was amazing value for money. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space in general was comfortable and well‑designed, making it feel more like a home than a hotel room. A genuinely great stay with service that really stands out."
Negativt poeng:
"Nothing."

Positivt poeng:
"A pesar de que era un hotel más o menos viejito, me gustó que estaba super limpio Como a una cuadra y media del metro, súper bien ubicado"
Negativt poeng:
"Me gustó todo, pero el personal, a pesar de que era muy amable, no hablaba inglés, igual me pude comunicar con ellos, mediante el traductor, y ellos se esforzaban por comunicarse conmigo, pero habría sido más fácil si hubiesen hablado inglés"

Positivt poeng:
"The gym was amazing, buffet dinner was also good value for money, location was great, close by the shops and restaurants. Within pick up points for tours."
Negativt poeng:
"My room and the corridor really smelt of stale cigarettes. Even after opening the windows for 2 days I could still smell it. The swimming pool was also completely closed."

Positivt poeng:
"Nice, light, soundproof rooms with windows. Breakfast is included. The hotel is within walking distance of a range of universities, as well as Beijing North station. There’s a supermarket directly opposite and a big mall around the corner."
Negativt poeng:
"The impolite behaviour of some of the other guests, eg during breakfast or when using the lift. This hotel has cheap rooms attracting a curious range of visitors. Also, the bathrooms don’t keep out the “Beijing smell” very well."
