"We had a lovely stay at Lili's hostel! The arranged an early pickup at the airport and we could checkin eatly after a very long flight. They even prepared breakfast for us. The personel is very friendly and helpful. Breaksfast is very tasty with fresh fruits, toast, cheese and ham. The place is outside the city center. It's a small walk to get to the center. The advantage of not being in the center is that it's quiet at night. We would definitly stay here again."

"The staff were really welcoming and helpful. They are very responsive if you have any questions before you arrive. I was a bit nervous before flying out about recent flooding in Bolivia and the host reviewed my entire itinerary and reassured me. They also sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Great breakfast buffet. It’s in a quiet, greener location but nearby the centre and it felt safe."

"+ 24h reception, as a result we could arrive at 05:00 and somebody opened the door. For half of the normal price we could sleep in another room and have breakfast the next morning. + kind staff + nice swimming pool + good breakfast (bread, coffee, tea, fresh fruit juice, fruit, egg) + really quiet during the night + ca. 1 km walk to the city centre + comfortable beds + air conditioning"

"i arrived very early after an overnight flight ..was very warmly greeted and was able to get a room at a small extra fee so that i could get some sleep..the room was spacious, the staff friendly and a nice pool and outdoor breakfast area.."

"So comfortable, I didn't want to leave! I really struggled to get of bed, in a good way, and the huge variety of seating in the reception area is great. Food was delicious and freshly made. Staff were eager to help and many spoke enough, or more than enough, English, which really helped me out. Thank you all 😊"

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. When I went to Valle de la Luna, Rolando have him his phone number in case of emergencies, which I really appreciated for safety. The location was also great. They were also very flexible when my flight was cancelled and I had to change my reservation at the last minute. Finally, when I rebooked after my flight was cancelled, I had booked a tipi with a shared bathroom instead of the private bathroom in my original reservation, and they tranquillizzata reached out to me to check if this correct (indeed, it wasn't, and they then changed me to a room with a private bathroom!)"
