"Flott plassering, nært strand og butikker. Enkelt å ta buss til/fra gamle byen. Stor, fin og ren basseng. Flott restaurant med skikkelig god mat og store porsjoner. Vi hadde fin studio leilighet, rent og fint. Fungerende aircondition. Ingen insekter inne. Daglig rengjøring inkludert. Eier/leder var meget hyggelig og svarte på alle spørsmål, snakket god engelsk. Kommer gjerne tilbake!"

"Savnet oppvask utstyr til å vaske opp kopper og fat, men mulig det er vaskedamene som skal ta oppvasken ved daglig rengjøring. Usikker om det var hårføner, håret mitt tørket fort i varmen uansett. Puten var litt hard og savnet myk overmadrag på sengen i studio leiligheten, ingenting å utsette på ellers."

"We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spacious and very quiet, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The pool was spotless and perfect for all ages. The resort offered delicious food at very reasonable prices, and we really appreciated how well noise was controlled, allowing us to enjoy peaceful relaxation at any time of day. The cleaning service was also excellent, keeping everything fresh throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vesela, who is a fantastic and outgoing host—she went above and beyond, even arranging our late-night airport transfers at a fair price. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was very good, the staff were very friendly and always smiling, the location is close to the sea and close to all services and they have a private garage for 7 euros per night (we hope it will be free next year😂😂) the place was quiet and clean and very suitable for families we have two children who enjoyed the place and the swimming pool I recommend this place❤️"

"Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurants was very good we ate here most days. There is also a shop on site. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers."

"Bit of a walk to sunny beach main strip but there is a bus stop close by and only a 5 minute journey into centre of sunny beach."

"The location is superb. Yes, we've seen the bad reviews, but we chose to come here for the location. Staff was amazing, from the people at the front desk to the gentleman helping us with the luggage and restaurant staff, everyone was amazing! The restaurant manager was very helpful and staff always kept the tables cleared. The room was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding every other day. The pool was also clean and staff maintained it every day. The animation team was also very sweet and made sure everyone had a great time at the pool. As an overall impression, the best things this hotel has are it's staff and location. Upper management should really invest in the building because it's a real shame for its potential. Food was of a less variety than what we've seen at other hotels here, but it was good, fresh and tasty. The snack bar was exceptionally good, with sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream and doughnuts. Drinks were also very good. We loved the coffee here."

"The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean, and staff are always picking up litter and cleaning up. The slided are great and are plenty of inflatables and queues were small. (Note we were midweek). Lot's of food and plenty of variety. Drinks are local, but are good to enjoy some in the sun. We always found a sunbed available, though it can get busy. We stayed at the apartment, and is awesome. A/C and the windows are very good soundproof."
