"Personalet var veldig imøtekommende, og serviceinnstilt. Vi fikk skjekke inn på natta da vi kom kl. 01:00. Døgnåpen resepsjon med vakt, noe som føltes trygt. Rommene var rene og aircondition fungerte bra. Ingen ekstra kostnader for aircondition, håndklær og toalettpapir. Sto 2 flasker vann og shampo når vi kom. Fint bassengområde, selv om bassenget ikke var det største, og ingen trengsel på solsengene, slik at det alltid var ledige senger når vi kom, selv sent på dagen. Veldig god beliggenhet, med kun 5 minutters gange til sentrum/flower street. Nydelig mat i hotellets restaurant!"
"Vi savnet fryser og dusjforheng. Det var heller ingen safe, verken på rommet eller i resepsjon. Noe støy på aircondition, men gikk fint."
"-Good central location, and very quiet at night -The room was clean, with fresh bed linens and towels it had nice furniture and comfortable bed -restaurant served good food at good value - I stayed in two other hotels over two weeks in Bulgaria which were 3 star , they looked way better on the pictures than this guest house, but in reality they were dirty with bed bugs etc ........ this guest house was amazing value for money"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
