"Likte best frukt til til frokost og et glass fersk juice. Beliggenheten er trygg klasse og bedre luftet, bare litt nært vegen med tanke på støy. Ikke stort problem uansett"

At frokosten består av kun étt pålegg - lokal omelett, bare én type brød. Wifi var litt dårlig men jeg tror at det er et generelt problem for hele landet.

"Location is amazing, everything is so close, a bar and place to eat is 100m away. Friendly staff. The terrace is beautiful, very bright if the weather is good. In overall loved the stay, it was very comfortable."

There was no dish soap or anything to clean the dishes.

Det er ikke heis i bygget som var ett lite minus da jeg havnet i 2 etg og hadde med meg stor koffert.

The height and flight of stairs.

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"Ble møtt på flyplassen og fraktet til resorten. Rent og fint rom, med soverom, bad og liten stue. Veldig behjelpelig personal, som bestilte turer, leiebil og hjalp med praktiske spørsmål. God mat og flott beliggenhet. Overkommelig pris, som frigjorde midler til å ta kjekke dagsturer, leie bil o.l. Noe enkel i standarden, men vi trengte bare en plass å sove."

Det var ikke mye vi savnet. Det hadde vært godt om det var et basseng der man kunne kjøle seg ned. Savnet også muligheten til å lage noe mat selv. Ellers alt vel.

Ingenting. Ble positivt overrasket da vi kom frem til selve overnattingsstedet, siden området man kjører gjennom før man kommer frem er ganske «slitent».

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

"Beautiful and relaxing setting looking at surrounding hills. Spacious apartment with all you need and nice pool to cool off in. Dimitris and family are wonderful and friendly hosts. Short stroll into Main Street of zaros. Highly recommend the property."

"Utrolig fin leilighet med god beliggenhet i Miraflores rett ved mange hyggelige caféer og restauranter. Frokosten var god og personalet var veldig hyggelige og lot oss sjekke inn en time før vanlig fordi rommet var klart før."

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

Corridor a little bit noisy

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.
