"De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og beliggenheten var perfekt. Jeg ble møtt på en veldig fin måte da jeg ankom hotellet. Frokosten var god. Jeg likte også utsikten."

"Trykket i dusjen kunne vært bedre, og putene var harde og for høye. Rommet var beskrevet som et «deluxe» rom, men dette var et helt ordinært rom uten noen ekstra fasiliteter, så jeg forstår ikke helt hvorfor de kaller det for deluxe."

"Clean and modern hotel in the heart of Prizren. Breakfast was served im the hotel restaurant with a beautiful view from the windows. The hotel owner provided a parking space in the underground garage. I hope to return in the future!"

"Because I find difficulty climbing stairs, I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask whether there was a lift. They didn't say that the dining room for for breakfast is on the fourth floor and the lift only went up to the third floor, which was a bit unfortunate. The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible."
