"Fantastisk hyggelig personale, både hotellvert og nattevakt. De tipset oss om hva vi burde se og oppleve, og bestilte taxi og organiserte turer for oss. Det var store komfortable rom. Hotellet ligger sentralt i Pristina, med gåavstand til restauranter og serverdigheter."
