"Dara Konagi was a traditional stone mansion, and beautifully kept, with 2 terraces overlooking Mesopotamian Plains. This was wonderful to enjoy space and time, from the busy main street. The staff were wonderful, kind and caring, they allowed me to move to a room with a window, and did a small load of washing for me. I felt at home. Thank you"

"Parking Is possible nearby the main street (500 TLR/night) oř by the old church below. Do not try to drive to hotel. It Is a narrow street with steps, a trap for tourists. There was no WiFi in our room and no data from our Turk Telecom...."

"Dara is perfectly located near the high street, very clean and spacious. The owners are very welcoming, be sure to make friends there and you will definitely feel at home. There is definitely more to it than it seems. It was one of the unforgettable holidays for me… will definitely go back and I strongly recommend you to go. You can be sure that you will find more than you are looking for. I was alone and did not feel like a stranger at all. They immediately provided everything I needed in my room. They helped me with the places I would visit and told me that I could contact them if I had any problems while traveling alone. I definitely felt very safe. "Everything was perfect, the location is the best for Mardin, breathtaking views from the rooftop. The bedroom was super comfy and beautiful; it had a very authentic decoration and all good amenities. I could talk for hours about the breakfast, the best I have eaten in Türkiye (it is very big be prepared). And finally the staff was super kind and helpful. Thanks again for everything, I will be back for sure!"
