"Beautiful property, amazing villas. We had the treehouse villa with floor to ceiling windows, amazing patio that is 20ft up and overlooks the forest, gorge and river, and mountains in the distance. Property owners were amazing, super friendly and accommodating."

"Nothing, we had an amazing experience. I must admit that we were the only guests at the property during our visit so it made the whole experience very tranquil and peaceful. My wife and I sat on the deck and listened to all the birds and nature that surrounds the property."

"It’s very clean. Although the toilet and furniture are outdated, they keep it very clean. 1st floor has free coffee station to make coffee. From the property 10 min walk can reached to 7-11. Once a week on Thursdays , there is a night market opposite the road. Location is calm and quiet. 5 min walking distance you can have an authentic Thai meals. Washing facility is available by paying 30 bht. If you work left side from the hotels, you can find a local liquor shop with $2-3 rates."

"Helt nydelig sted å bo om du skal ta båten ut til øyene. Kun få minutters gangen langs beachen. Personalet er helt nydelig. Jeg fikk litt mageproblemer og de kom med piller som hjalp uten betaling. De kunne ikke gjøre nok for oss. Stille og rolig sted."

"The room was roomy, clean, well furnished and close to the beach and pool. The food and drinks were excellent and well priced. The staff were friendly and attentive. The two young Thai women who spoke clear English and managed reception were extremely helpful arranging transport and our tour bookings. "In the south of Cha-Am so a bit further from the main city center, kind of had trouble initially trying to call a Grab to the main city center so that we could go pick up our rented motorbike haha, but still very nice condo with the biggest pool I've ever seen in my life, super close to the beach too, also the property really likes horses there are horses everywhere horse painting horse statue horse logo you name it you got it"
