"The building is located in a nice area of the city, with grocery, restaurants and buss station nearby. The double room was fine, bed was comfortable. There is a very good internet connection at the location."

"Initially I booked a single room which was not only very small, about half of a balcony, but the shape and furniture arrangement was not attractive at all. Half of the bed was hidden after a wall. The walls of the single room are damaged and in the bathroom the ceiling is peeling and pieces of paint fall on the floor. No appropriate closet for clothes in single room. I appreciated that the host finally agreed to change my room (for additional costs of course), with a double one, which was ok except the shower. After 5 minutes in the shower I noticed that some water flowed into the room. My recommendation for future clients would be to avoid single room and to be careful with the shower. For the host, I would suggest to have a general check of each room and to fix the identified problems, Also the pictures on booking.com should be updated, they were probably taken at the opening. I also did not liked the fact that the host was rude when I complained about the single room, telling me that he shouldn't even have opened the door for me because I didn't announced the time of arrival, although not only I did announce but I also had a confirmation of acceptance."

"I had to go through the bar to go into the apartment. Parking is free in whole lovran and there is no parking place specifically for you near the apartment. I had to carry my things from car to apartment for 500m."

"Von der Decke bröselte die Farbe, es roch nach feuchten Wänden. Das Zimmer Nr 6 liegt im Erdgeschoß, es ist sehr klein, die Fenster haben im unteren Bereich einen matte Folie geklebt, damit niemand reinschauen kann, aber man kann eben auch nicht rausschauen. Aus Platzgründen ist kein Tisch vorhanden. Als Arbeiterzimmer, also nur zum Schlafen, ist es okay. Wohlfühlen ist da drin kaum möglich. Für einen Entspannungsurlaub, wo man auch mal in Ruhe eine schöne Zeit am Zimmer verbringen möchte, ist das Zimmer 6 definitiv nicht geeignet."

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, der öffentliche Parkplatz an der Marina war voll, da bringt einem das kostenlose Parkticket auch nichts."
