"Maur på rommene, men personalet stod til hjelp. Kjøleskap på rom gjør ikke drikkene kalde nok. Noen slitte fasiliteter på rom, eksempel servant og dusjinnredning. Ikke hårbalasam på rom. Det verste med oppholdet er ikke rettet spesifikt mot hotellet, men enkelte gjester. Vi opplevde det som ubehagelig at flere av de israelske familiene valgte å gå foran andre i køen i buffet, dokø og taxikø. De oppførte seg som om de hadde førsterett og okkuperte blant annet fellesarealer uten å ta hensyn til andre. Det ga et inntrykk av arroganse og manglende respekt for andre gjester."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time — we were here last year as well — and once again the experience exceeded our expectations. Returning truly felt like coming back home. A very special thank you to the breakfast waiter Nanto. What impressed us most was that he even remembered what type of coffee we like. We would also like to sincerely thank the Guest Relation Manager Lidwine for the personal attention and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. "The hotel is large and very nice, with a great overall atmosphere. It has 2 beautiful beaches, one on the north side and one on the south, offering different views and settings throughout the day so you don't need to get out of the hotel much. Also, there are tortoises within the facility that guests can interact with for about 30 minutes daily, which is an interesting added feature."

"Considering the price point, we expected a bit more attention to detail, especially in the rooms. While the overall property is beautiful, some aspects of the room did not fully reflect the level of quality you would anticipate for that rate. A bit more care in maintenance and finishing touches would significantly elevate the overall experience."
