"It is next to a busy road, very noisy if you open the window. But the windows do an excellent job keeping the noise out. Could not communicate in English with the host, but we managed to understand each other."

"Perfect place for a one night stay with my family back from Greece, close to the high way. Clean and tidy rooms, very welcoming host who tried to help us in every way during our short transit stay."

"Would be great to have breakfast there before we go early morning. No food consumption is allowed there which is understandable to take care of the cleanliness of the rooms. However there is a bar, very well equipped downstairs but no staff for service....it is a pity.!"

"Very helpful owner, great access from the main road. The street has many eating possibilities and allthough on a busy road the room was well insulated. Highly reccomended if touring or you wish to visit the historic city of Nis."

"We stayed at this apartment with our family (my husband, our 10-year-old son, and I) and were absolutely delighted! First of all, I want to highlight the amazing hospitality and care of the host. We arrived late in the evening after a long bus trip, and the host kindly accommodated our late check-in and even organized a very convenient transfer from the bus station. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very cozy, and bright. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was in perfect working order. A huge bonus is the fantastic location! It's situated on a quiet and beautiful street (Belička) in the great neighborhood of Vračar. Supermarkets, bakeries, public transport stops, and excellent traditional restaurants are all just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to all travelers."
