"the area is rather central and near the train station, so a little noisy at times, although mostly at daytime so acceptable even if I don't like it, but what I disliked very much is allowed smoking in the hallway outside the rooms, that wasn't too close to my room but smelled all over, and I get it is a balkan thing and romnanian thing but I very much dislike it, so to me it is annoying and lowers the overall quality of a stay.. but the owners were awesome and helpful."
