"Perfect location just off the main square- next to a prosecco and Oyster bar, great staff- nothing too much trouble.-Great selection at breakfast both hot and cold. Would recommend and stay here again"

"Fantastic hotel in a central location, a few minutes from main square and many other points of interest. We had a lovely big room on the 4th floor (be aware though that the lift only goes to 3rd floor then you walk up last flight of stairs). As we were high up, we didn't hear any noise from street below. Great breakfast buffet, beautifully presented and kept well stocked by the staff. Room was nice and warm too. Ironing board, shoe cleaning equipment, mini fridge, room safe, large dispenser bottles of toiletries provided - all good quality. Comfy bed and we slept really well after busy days walking around Krakow."
