"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. This time travelling with elderly mum and we received such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I simply can't praise them enough; nothing was too much trouble. From reception to house-keeping and in the restaurant, they were first-class and most definitely the jewel in Hotel Capitol's Crown. Given that we don't speak any Polish, apart from good morning and thank you, the staff were absolutely brilliant and most helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and in all honesty, this hotel would always be my first choice when visiting Biala Podlaska."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the castle. It was about ˜12 min walking distance to the Belarussian embassy and ˜30 min walking distance from the train station.
