Dom Potok is located 5 minutes’ walk from central Karpacz, just off the trails for Śnieżka Mountain. It offers free parking and spacious rooms with TV and free Wi-Fi. The Potok is situated 685 metres above sea level, in a picturesque, forested area over the stream. The Orlinek Ski Jump is 15 minutes’ walk from the property. There is a sauna, which can be used at an additional fee. The rooms at Dom Potok have a private bathroom with a shower or a bath. All are individually furnished and come with anti-allergic linen.

"Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych. Do centrum żabi skok, ale tłoku, gwaru nie słychać, bo dom stoi na uboczu na tle drzew i tuż nad potokiem. Czyste i ciekawie (w stylu, który lubimy) urządzone wnętrza. Śniadania przygotowuje się na miejscu. Można też zamówić obiadokolację. Nie ma tu nachalnej nowoczesności. Jest kameralnie i ciepło, a to ważne, bo w Domu Potok mieszkaliśmy zimą. Polecamy tym, którzy nie lubią molochów dla kilkuset gości, wolą wyjść w góry, a potem odpocząć w przytulnym miejscu."
