"The hotel staff as well as the owner was cordial, sincere and attentive unlike all the other usual nepali hotels. Rooms were kept tidy and organized. Mountain and lake view was cherry on the top. Location is very close to the markets, restaurants. After a lot of bad experiences in other hotels of Nepal, Mandala was relief for us! We will choose Mandala everytime we visit Pokhara. Highly recommended!"

"On the first day, hot water didn't work. It was night and there was nobody at the front desk. So I took a shower with cold water. However, when I asked the manager to fix this on the next day, hot water worked."
