Het Weeshuis is located in the city centre of 'Hanzestad' Bolsward and offers accommodation set in a monumental building and former orphanage. Each room at Het Weeshuis features a bathroom and seating area with a separate bedroom. Guests have access to a private living room. They can make use of a spacious garden with donkeys. Guests can also make use of the terrace. Breakfast is served daily in the matsted, and includes fresh, local specialties and eggs from own chickens. The spisesal serves a set 3 course dinner several days per week, table d'hote style. The 3 courses are different every day, and made with fresh produce. Guests can also enjoy drinks and small bites at the honesty bar. From this accommodation, guests have the possibility to visit the '11 Cities', such as Sneek and Harlingen. "Landlig beliggenhet i utkanten. Det var mulighet for å gå tur, spise i paviljongen eller lage egen mat. Vi fikk en god kjørebeskrivelse i forkant. Det var skilting i tillegg. Frokosten som ble serveri i et nabobygg var over all forventning."

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
