"We had a fabulous stay at Ebony Beach. The property is right on the beach. Unit one is on the water edge with beautiful sea views. We stayed 3 nights in unit 2, which are a bit higher up the property. It's not really a sea view from there but still overlooks a very well-kept tropical garden and your private pool. The trees block the sea view. The unit is a 4 bedroom spacious house in a very nice Colonial style. It's definitely a prime spot for Vilanculos."
"It's self-catering accommodation, but some utensils and equipment are missing. Braai bak, braai tongs, toaster, dish up spoons, and perhaps some proper steak knives. Also, you need to bring everything, including the basics. Luckily, they have a brand new SPAR supermarket in Vilanculos where you can get it all. No wood or charcoal is supplied either. Bring enough mosquito repelent! Showers need more pressure at the moment, not functional at all. We did not report this."
"Staff are so accommodating and friendly! Andrisa made sure we were comfortable and our stay here was relaxing and enjoyable. The property itself is just wow 😮 The layout of the house was perfect allowing privacy for all guests, with a lovely open plan living space. Location to the beach was also superb, with the house having its o n private pool for guests to enjoy and have their own privacy."

"what an amazing stay!! first things first: all the money we paid for the accomodation goes directly in a social organisation. this on e has a huge impact in the area, amazing!! further our time at humbi was just perfect. Alexia and her team are absolutely amazing! it is the perfect place to relax. The food was also absolutely delicious, all fresh from their garden. Can‘t wait to go back! ❤️"

"The staff, especially the manager Johnny, were outstanding and always ready to help/assist. Even the amicable owner was reachable and would ensure that guests were well taken care of. We also loved having breakfast while admiring the waves and morning sun. Walking on the beach everyday was a must and the sound of waves was very soothing. Although quite basic, Giraffe is a great place to just chill. Hotel also has a speed-boat and can organize the trip to Bazaruto and other islands."
