"Veldig sentralt, flott hotell med alle fasiliteter. Service-minded personale. Bassengområdet på taket var topp. Nok av solsenger, fin restaurant m.m."

"Måtte bytte rom etter første natt, da det var mye støy fra uteområdet. Men betjeningen gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha det bra, så fikk byttet rom, resten av uken ble kjempefin, uten støy. Likte ikke at personalet, banket på hver kveld for å spørre om alt var ok. Plutselig hadde vi en mann inne på rommet, da vi ikke hørte at det banket på, og vi var ganske lettkledde. Altså litt for mye service etter vår mening."

"The breakfast selection was not the widest, although the food was still very good. The hotel is located in a relatively busy area, so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. However, the hotel is accommodating and will change your room if possible. And the parking fee, which is €6 charged for each exit from the parking area, was in my opinion a little bit too much. If you need to leave car park more times a day."

"The staff truly deserve respect. We originally booked a standard room, which turned out to be quite disappointing - a small window facing the parking entrance, so it was noisy if opened and hard to breathe if closed, with no real view. We didn’t even complain because we were very tired, but surprisingly the reception called us to check if everything was okay. We shared our concerns, and they immediately offered to show us a few other rooms. In the end, we were upgraded to a room with a terrace on the top floor much quieter, fresh air, and a nice city view. They changed our room without any issues. "The location is a bit unusual. The hotel is inside a shopping center and split into two parts - the pool and breakfast area are in one building, while the rooms and reception are in another. It feels quite inconvenient to go from your room to the pool through the shopping area, so we didn’t even try it. On the positive side, it’s right in the city center, and everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was rather average - sausages were not really edible, other options lacked taste, and the drinks felt diluted."

"At night it was a little loud outside. Of course, it’s not the hotel’s fault what people outside are doing, but sometimes it could be a bit bothersome."

"We had an amazing stay! The room was cleaned every day and the staff were so attentive – they even checked on us in the evenings and brought us chocolate, which was a really lovely touch. The location was great too: very close to the strip but still quiet at night so we couldn’t hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again!"
