"Basic practical room in an excellent location. WiFi worked well. Room was cleaned daily. I liked the fact they provided bath robes."
"Staff haven't learnt the art of customer service. There's a complete lack of friendly service or smiles. It's an odd hotel. The bath robes are an upmarket touch, but the scratchy old towels and flimsy toilet paper your fingers go straight through are the sort of thing you'd expect in a cheap hostel rather than a $90/nt hotel."
"The bed is excellent for a good sleep. Very clean and comfortable room."
