"Vi synes frokosten var så som så, det var godt, men det var ingenting protein som feks egg eller kjøtt. Kun brød og yoghurt. Fikk også inntrykk av at maten hadde blitt klargjort på forhånd og kun varmet i mikrobølgeovn. Da vi kom så hadde personalet ikke byttet sengetøy eller laken på sengen og vi fant smuler fra de forrige gjestene. Det var ganske ekkelt. Personalet beklaget dette og ordnet opp da vi sa ifra. Katten på lokasjonen var svært fin, men den hadde dessverre mark ut av rumpen sin, og det var ekkelt at den gikk rundt og hoppet opp på bordet og så videre. De burde få den renslig før den får så mye spillerom på riaden."

"Fantastic location. Riad Danka was right in the centre of the medina/souks. Excellent communication from Valerie. She organised our transfer from the airport and a porter to collect us and take us through the medina to the Riad and back on our return. They organised a meal (gluten free for me)in Riad Danka for us on the first night as we arrived late. Simo was great directing us to all the local restaurants, bars and places of interest. Rici the cat was a sweetie, looking for tlc. It was home from home, peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh."

"We stayed in Riad Danka for 3 nights towards the end of 2026. During our stay, our host Simo was extremely accommodating and helpful providing advice on different aspects of the local culture, cuisine and venues. The riad was very comfortable and cozy. Even though it was winter and outside temperatures were low the environment inside the riad was always comfortably warm. The room was also very comfortable."

"Breakfast was simple yet tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size with good storage and a nice shower area with a bench. We enjoyed the common area as well. If you want to be really close to the markets the area is perfect, quiet and safe."

"The pool in the main common room wasn't very warm and also is very open (no privacy). We used it once and didnt see anyone in there. Upstairs the hot tub was freezing. Unsure if maybe you need to ask to use it. Quiet from the outside but loud on occasion from the inside."

"I liked everything, the decor, the size, location, staff, comfort, roof top and le chat Ricky. I loved everything. We had dinner one night at the Riad and it was also fabulous. Breakfast was plenty and yum, with good coffee, fruit, pastries and juice. Treat yourselves!"
