"Utrolig god service. Vi booket er vanlig dobbeltrom, men vi var så heldige og fikk en suite til samme pris. Personalet var ekstremt hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Takterrassen var meget koselig på kveldstid. Anbefales på det sterkeste!"

"Everything was excellent: the air conditioner heated the room well, the view over the city was great, and the location was very convenient and he staff was friendly and welcoming. I would like to give special thanks to Nourrdine. On the day of our check-out we were supposed to travel to Fes, but there were storms and heavy rain, many areas were flooded, and some roads were partially closed. Nourrdine went out of his way to help us by offering different solutions - from extending our stay to constantly updating us with information about road closures and possible alternative routes. He stayed in touch with us and even told us he would remain available until we safely reached Fes, in case we needed any further assistance. Many thanks to him once again."

"Exceptionally kind hospitality and a warm and friendly ambience. Nothing was too much trouble and Manager and staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and served in a heated warm room which is important during Winter. Beds were comfortable and the room was bright and spacious with a beautiful view. Fantastic and easy to find location."

"We did have some issues on our first night there however this was promptly rectified after I expressed my concerns. Management dealt with this very professionally. Water temperature of the shower could have been a little warmer during this cold weather. Overall a perfect place to stay."

"The employees were very friendly and those who are very interested, we preferred it because of the location, since there is a parking lot right next to it, convenient transportation, it is necessary to use the stairs in other hotels, in this case it is very difficult with a suitcase"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. From the window, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Blue City, which is especially lovely in the morning and evening. The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to assist and making us feel truly welcome. Everything was well taken care of, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Chefchaouen."
