Even though the property is located in the city, it does not feel like it because it is surrounded by trees and bushes. "We stayed there for three nights, and it was amazing. A great, quiet place beside the river and forest, you’re still in the city, but it feels like you’re close to the countryside. It’s easy to get to the shops, one is a 5–10 minute walk away and supermarkets are just a 10 minute drive. The host was friendly and always available by phone and messages. The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t book the sauna this time, but we’ll definitely try it on our next stay, this is the kind of place you want to come back to. There was also a lovely spot for barbecues, with charcoal and firewood already provided. Three bikes were also available free of charge (two for adults and one for a child), which you can take anytime for a cycle around the area. 10 out of 10."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
