We informed the reception on the first day; they noted the issues, but unfortunately nothing was fixed and we did not receive any further update. "Modern hotel in the city centre with easy connections to public transport and short walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the Christmas markets, key tourist spots, and more. We had a good twin room with enough space and storage. It was great to have 2 complementary bottles of water in mini bar plus a kettle. A nice breakfast was served on the first floor. We were able to store luggage before after check in."
